Tree Society Troubleshooting

Having trouble with your tree conversation? Here are some things that might help:

• Try texting back to the tree you’re talking to. Usually they will prompt you with what needs to happen next.

• Restart your phone. Sometimes this will fix some technical glitches.

• Make sure you have ok reception for sending and receiving text messages.

• Is there someone with you who has another phone? Try using that one instead—this may mean starting over from the beginning, unfortunately.
